I think I'd look for a jelly roll to match the mat, and just do a piano key-type striped valance. I checked the Moda Pure suggested above and it does look great.

BTW that's a great bathmat. My wife and I picked the same one last year when we added the bathroom downstairs.

im going to make a D9P, with Brown, 2 hues of blue, light and dark and Ivory. I think I will make panels. and line it with Muslim.

Just not sure what size blocks to make, I need to get measurements.

Since we have that mat also, I'm especially interested in your finished product. We bought some striped fabric with the intention of making a valance, but so far the window is bare. I think if the project had been more "quilty" we might have been more motivated to jump into it.

What color are your walls? We matched the blue in the mat with our paint, and the vanity and med cabinet are a dark espresso brown. The shower, sink, and toilet are white. We love the room, but we need to put some finishing touches to it.
