    I would have to go with the blue. It breaks it up a bit.

    I like # 1. I think it draws the eye into the quilt. Would you mind sharing where you got the pattern? I love chickens and would like to make this using that fabric.

    I also vote for number one. Of the four options it is best at allowing the lovely focus fabric to be the focal point.
