Cool Need HELP with coordinating fabrics with BEAUTIFUL butterfly print

I bought the red butterfly fabric over 2 years ago and finally figured out what I am going to do with it. I need some help voting on the color combination to use. Mind you these are not the exact colors as it was done in EQ7.
As Debra K noted the yellow is bright in the pics below - the yellow in the butterfly fabric is VERY bright too!

    Vote for
1 - red with yellow cross
    2 yellow with red cross
    3 yellow with blue cross
    4 yellow with orange cross

The accent fabrics are going to be batiks - thanks for looking!

i think the yellows are too bright in the diagrams. maybe a lighter fabric in the designs would give you more options. Only because you asked ;-) do what makes you happy.

Of the four, I prefer #1.
I think I agree the yellow is a little light/bright. What about maybe a pretty orange?

That is a tough one. I will start by saying I LOVE your focus fabric. I am drawn to #1 and then #4, they seem "warmer" to me but maybe "warm" is not right with such a vibrant fabric. Whatever you decide it is going to be beautiful.

Love the butterfly fabric. I don' t much care for any of the combos you have - the ydllow overpowers the great focus fabric.

#1 is my choice. Beautiful butterfly fabric. Can't wait to see the finished quilt.

Beautiful focus fabric! IMHO, #3 is the only one that "pops" the color in your focus fabric.
