Someone posted a sampler quilt she made in EQ about a year ago. I think it was Cissy Quilts who designed it. It had a heart, home and flags on it.

Anyway, I'm trying to find the post of it. Does anyone have it bookmarked?

    Thanks

I did the search and put in cissyquilts. There is a post called hearts and home. I bet it is what you want.

Please be aware that that is Cissy's original design and, as such, she owns the copyright on it. Unless you have her permission, you should not copy her work...or her photos of it. To do either is stealing, plain and simple.

Yes, I know. I wouldn't unless she gave me permission.

    Cissy generously shared the pattern:

I might make one myself. I love her quilt.
    That link didn't work. Sorry

    The other link was removed.
This is the link where cissyquilts offered the pattern.

I think you can use anyone's patterns as long as you don't copy them and sell them.

I either make mine up,use a book I've bought, or print from sites that let you. I either keep my quilts or give them away. I let others worry about copywrite laws. Alot of misinformation floating around.

Wow, and that's a great example of misinformation! That statement is SO not true!! That's like saying it's okay to steal as long as you don't get caught.
