Need Help with ideas for Butterfly quilt for adult.

Well..here's one that I did..it's easier than it looks and their beautiful.."Quilts Without Corners" by Cheryl Phillips for Fiber Arts..I kept mine as a round wallhanging..you can add corners for a large quilt !

When a member of our guild (a very sweet lady who loved butterflies) was sick, several other members each appliqued a beautiful butterfly onto a block of white fabric. One of the ladies pieced together a quilt from white fabric with these butterflies sprinkled around, as if they were flying. It was gorgeous!
