    I expanded the second photo and could see that the hexagons are whip-stitched together, so it seems that the whole quilt is hand-done. I don’t know enough to say what particular decade it comes from, although the general rule is that a quilt was at least finished at the time that the latest batch of fabric was available, although some pieces may have been put together at an earlier time.
