I don't have, or need, that much in my stash, but I have to say how beautiful are my organized stacks since I sorted by color! I love looking at the colors, touching the fabric pieces, and can hardly wait to start my next project so I can use some of what I chose along the way! I'm fortunate not to have to deal with water or other problems than DUST!

I loved looking at how this lady organized her fabrics though. That sort of post always inspires me to be better organized! Saves lots of time when I want to get things together for a project!

Hi all Ok I love these organised stashes of fabric. but-but-but- Age catches upon us quickly so does arthritis At 73 now I have realised that time is running out and I am madly trying to use the stash
Advice Cut up that stash dont build it up use it up time is shorter than you think .I have also made quilts ahead for grandchildren etc GGdaughter 3. I am now making her quilts one for every 3 years leading up to her wedding quilt. Carmen

I would not even want that much you still would not know what all you had and it is really a shame when some people do not have any.

I agree with dojo36. Makes you sick tothink that someone has to have that much stuff. There is no way on God's Green Earth that she could possibly use that much fabric if she started sewing tomorrrow & continued sewing till she dies. No Way. I agree also there is no way she knows exactly what she has in those bins even if they are labled. Think she is sick herself & needs help with her addiction.

Impressive!! I guess it works for her. My stash is some what organized, but isn't half of the fun going through all that fabric. One of my friends tells me that people who are that organized are just too lazy to look for things.

My first thought after looking at all those bins, was that it was a huge waste of money that could have been used for FABRIC!
