I'm impressed. I thought it was wonderful! I'll never achieve that--in any way, but it would be wonderful to be be able to do.
As to the time...I think that she probably did it over the course of years, not days or months...as she grew her stash, so did her organization. I can't tell how old she is, but if a person is organized, they love doing it. It is just plain ole fun to them. Like some people LOVE to clean...

oh Yikes...I am kinda headed that way with my organizing. I have the same bins, and about 10 of the smaller latch 12x12 boxes like she had scraps in. I keep buying them at JoAnns. Thank goodness I dont have that much room!
