Default Need help with polka dot quilt!!

I am making whole cloth quilts for my granddaughters. The fabric is printed and the dots are printed a little off on the last 20 inches of the fabric. I am new to quilting and not sure what quilting design to use....what do you suggest for
polka dots?? I have an HQ Pro Stitcher.

Thank you so very much for your help.

Hmmm, maybe squares, triangles and such. different than circles anyway. lines across in different directions would work also.

I hate when that happens. Maybe use that part for something else. Maybe a scrappy quilt.
