Hey don't feel bad I just finished binding my first quilt and I did the same thing. Didn't even cross my mind that one of the splices might end up in a corner. Thanks for letting me learn from our mishap.

I know the correct answer is that you should plan ahead... but I don't. So far so good, but now you've probably jinxed it and all of us will wind up with the seam in the corner on the next quilt. LOL
