    Just finished a quilt based on the Gees Bend quilt "Lazy Girl". Just strip piecing of various widths. I need some ideas for quilting design for this. Tks. Oh, and it has to be an easy design. Am a newby at machine quilting and have only my regular machine to quilt on.

    Since what I know of that patterns it different size strips all sewen together, you could do a grid pattern and that could downplay the different sizes to pull it all together.

    Thanks so much for the welcome. I don't have the ability to attach a pic of the quilt. I will have to get my granddaughter over here to teach me.

    Hi and welcome from the sunny state of Florida!!
    I hand quilt so not much help here, but someone will come to the rescue. This is a fabulous board with an abundance of helpful people and infomation.
