Thanks everyone! I did previously purchased some binding for steming, but its not the right color. I think I'm going to have to go into the stash and see whats available and make it myself. I figure that if I'm going to go vining then I might as well add leaves. Now I'm trying to figure out if I want to go a little outside of the border and beef it up a bit. This time I'm going to pin and look instead of being so impulsive. Now that I think I might have a plan, I have to put it away until I get my sons room done while he's on vaca with his dad. Doesn't it figure!

I agree. have the vine wave not go straight.
Beautiful job, she is going to love it!
I agree - bias vine with variegrated thread would be a beautiful addition to your wonderful quilt

Have you thought of just doing a floral quilting in the brightest color on the border that matches your center piece? It could also be quilted in two contrasting threads. Then bind it with the pink or rose color. Just a thought to add to many decisions you have to make. lol

Different! Do you mean in the beige or navy area?
