The lucky recipient is my friend Katie, who used to work with me. My son and her nephews, whom she and her husband raised during high school, went to high school together. Katie drove them to and from school, and I paid for the gas. "You fly, and I'll buy." Her birthday was earlier in July, but due to the Cowboys fabric concentrating too much on its "running game," all she got for her birthday was one block and my hopes that her team was better than their fabric, lol. After getting the Synthrapol and treating her fabric, I decided I wanted to do something a little different than my usual, and when I started arranging the parts, I decided I'd call on the crowd-sourcing powers of the board to decide which design was better. The one I started with didn't even make it to this post, so I definitely needed your help!

Since you're a fan, I can tell you that all the fabric is from Joanne's and the 2 blues with the stars (in the HSTs) are on sale because they're 4th of July fabric and are on clearance. The white is white stars on white and its July 4th fabric, too. The little Cowboys stars in the cornerstones, the helmets and the "Cowboys" logos are all from the NFL licenced fabric.

Oh, and you have to Synthrapol the Cowboys fabric because its worse than new jeans as far as color running. It doesn't fade like jeans, though.

I wish I knew enough about the Cowboys to insert a clever wish for you for the upcoming season, but I got nuthin, lol.
