I actually started my research on this site and found that most seemed to like the Epson printers. I am afraid of the HP, although I have always owned them, because of the way the fabric has to twist and turn throught the printer. I could go to the local store, but need I mention here, "children that don't quilt" haha. So I thank all that replied, keep them coming and will continue to accept any threads, websites, etc. you may be able to send my way. Thanks to all of you again.

No decision ... will take my list shopping ... after I have a good strong latter to get me thru all the geek-talk!

Wireless doesn't mean that the printer won't hard wire to your computer. It only means that you can use it as a wireless printer if you wish.

We have an hp combination printer/scanner/photocopier and I just purchased some June Taylor fabric to run through it. New cartridges too so we'll see how it goes.

I've run everything from WonderUnder to freezerpaper/fabric combo to Printed Treasures to heavyweight card stock through my HP with no problems whatsoever. It doesn't "twist and turn", but it does reverse direction if that's what you mean.
