    Question Need a pattern,please

Found a log cabin wall hanging quilt in Quilt Sampler Magazine Fall/Winter 2014. It's on page 33, hanging on the wall at the Piece by Piece Quilt Shop in Appleton, WI. I called them, they told me it was in Judy Martin's book, but they were out of them, maybe getting more in in several weeks. I don't know the name of the book. She has several. The quilt is a log cabin, but the center is an actual cabin. The quilt is approximately 36 x 36. Does anybody know which book of hers it's in? Of course I forgot to ask the title of the book, thought someone here might know. Thanks in advance for any answers.

Did you try Amazon?? I have heard they show pictures of the quilt. Judy Martin use to be published by That Patchwork Place. They also show picture of the quilts in the book. You might also try Google Log Cabin by Judy Martin or check if she has a Pinterst page. Good Luck.

Here is a link to pictures of Judy Martin's quilts:

I didn't see one with a log cabin in the center. Wonder if the store made a mistake?

Edit: Or, perhaps it is a Judy Martin quilt variation with the cabin added to the center.

Edit2: Is this the photo of it? The small wallhanging?

On Judy Martin's FB page, she has a picture of her Kentucky Cabin log cabin quilt. It is not just one cabin, but numerous cabins in the block centers. I believe it is from 2007. Hope this helps. Can you email Judy to ask which book the Piece by Piece quilt was made from?

    I think I found it:

It's a smaller version of Judy Martin's Kentucky Log Cabin quilt. Scroll down to the last picture.

She posts a lot of viewers' quilt pictures on her website, which makes for a great resource:

They are listed by book, so hopefully you can view several examples of the pattern you like. I love looking at the Shakespeare in the Park quilts for future inspiration!

It is the Kentucky Cabin log cabin in the Log Cabin Quilts Book. Thanks everyone, I can now add this to my "Quilts To Do List."
