Need quilt kit for baby blanket, help me please
My daughter is expecting her first baby in July and wants me to make a baby quilt with robots. Since I am looking online, I would love to find a kit already put together for this. Anyone know where I can find this specific kit? It really needs to be a kit. Thank you in advance. I am sweating already because I haven't been able to find one yet. Jeanne

I don't use kits too often, I am afraid I will mess up and then I will be out of the material..... Fabric.com has some robot fabric https://www.fabric.com/SearchResults...3-26a376046a5e

Google "Robot fabric panel" and find a fabric that you like. Then use the M*QC tutoral on making quilts from panels. I'll see if I can find the link for you. Here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9i5XDFVAxI Soooo, cute!!!!!

Well, I suppose this is cheating, but I found some robot baby quilts (already made, not kits!) on Etsy:
https://www.etsy.com/search/handmade?q=robot+quilt
Found this robot panel on eBay. Wouldn't be too hard to make a quilt out of it:

And this one:

These fabrics could be made into quilts without cutting and piecing, or could be cut apart and pieced back together:

Keepsake quilting does a ton of quilts, why don't you contact them and ask them to put one together for you. Also I am sure your LQS would be more than happy to assemble a quilt kit with coordinated fabrics and an easy pattern.
I am curious as to why it has to be a kit? I have seen pictures of your work on the board and feel you can easily put together a simple baby quilt without a kit. Why pigeon hole yourself into a kit?

I just did a quick search on fabric.com and they have a lot of cute robot fabrics. Here is a link to one
https://www.fabric.com/buy/0305871/f...s-garden-white
You could find a simple pattern order this as a focus and go to your LQS for coordinating solids.

Here is my favorite quick quilt pattern. The speedy baby quilt really is speedy and easy. The measurement of all pieces are given so you could quickly cut and sew it.
I have a 16 1/2" square to make it even easier for me to cut out. Most of the time I embroider a design and name in the center to personalize it.
If you were close I would be happy to cut the pieces out and call it a kit; - ).

This is from a book I have:

Not a kit, but not too hard, if you don't go scrappy in the background...
