Need Reviews on Q'nique 21 setup
Hi all, I am considering looking into the Q'nique 21 setup, table and all. I am not anywhere near a longarm dealer of any kind so will not be able to demo a machine for myself.
So...I have hunted around the internet for first hand reviews, and there are rumblings about tension issues with the smaller machines in this line. Is that just beginner issues or is this something that remains an issue for long term users.
Any reviews and reflections/advice appreciated!

If you are on Facebook, there is a dedicated Q'nique group to help with the research. There are definitely some folks who are on their 2nd and 3rd machine due to issues that they weren't able to resolve without sending the machine back to Grace.
Keep in mind if you are thinking of going with the 21, it is rumored that the 21 Pro will be coming out in the next month or so, at least based on the responses I got when I asked about it at the time the 15 Pro came out.

i have a Q'nique 21 and love it.
in the beginning, i did have tension problems. in my case the bobbin case was defective. it has a built in bobbin winder, but i bought a separate bobbin winder and use that. it is stitch regulated. i also have QCT beginnings, a robotic quilter controlled by computer software. It only does pantgraphs, although there is another version that does a lot more.
i've heard rumors of a 19" q'nique, not a 21". I guess that's why they're called rumors!
i did not buy direct from Grace because there was a significant price difference. Grace still supports the set up,

They have not released further info, but if you look at the 15 Pro vs the 15 R differences https://www.graceframe.com/en/sewing-machines/qnique-15
- New convenient touch-screen
- New user-friendly features and simplified menus
- More powerful motor
- Faster speed and enhanced stitch quality
