I would use black for sashing.

    Beautiful quilt!

Look at the lighter pink in the apron, maybe this would make it less strong. Purple would be nice too.
The blocks are so cute, that nothing should take the attention away from it.

Looking at it again, maybe that green that's in it, would be nice too.

Love the blocks but when I first looked at the picture all I saw was the pink. Please be sure to show it when it's done. I like the idea of black or maybe white. BrendaK

I like the pink too, but a slightly smaller width, maybe about 3/4 of what is shown.

I like the pink but maybe a tad more of a softer pink. Try using with a slightly narrower width as suggested above.

I think the pink is a bit overwhelming and takes away from your adorable blocks. What about a small black sashing? I would go with the size of sashing that is around the inner part of your blocks-it looks about 1" to 1 1/2"? The blocks are so cute and please share with us when you finish.

I like the whiteshowing between the blocks.

I agree that some separation between the blocks would be good, so we can admire each block on its own. Cute blocks!,

Could you do another picture with mabe only an inch of the color showing? Maybe with the suggestions given?
