Default Need some ideas for different things to make with fabric panels

I am trying to come up with some ideas for different ways to use fabric panels. I am rather brain dead at the moment and need some inspiration. I know that there has to be something really fun that I can do with my outdoor panel scenes. Yes something masculine would be nice so no tote bags, aprons, thought about a quilt but would like to try something a little more out of the ordinary. I might try a fabric box with some of the smaller pieces. Would really appreciate your ideas

If you have 4, 6 or 8 of the same panel ... 4PP, OBW or SAW would be possibilities

You said no tote bags ... though men do use them for groceries, library bags, storing things in their cars, etc.

They could be finished as wall hangings, or framed up in a picture frame.

Last year I saw some pretty impressive pictures where the lady had taken a panel and then did selective embroidery on the panel. It could be any panel, but in this case there were a lot of birds that she feathered with floss, the leaves on the trees etc. You could do as much or as little embellishing as you wished. These were given as a shower gift, and there was a lot of interest by all present as to how well they were done. They definitely were works of art!

I asked much the same question a while back...what to do with pre printed panels? I got some good replies, also referred to some books, here are links to some:

I have made men's pillow quilts with them. My son-in-law loved his - he put his feet in the pocket when watching TV, with the quilt pulled up around him.

I put strips and blocks around panels to make a quick quilt.

check out Ricky Tims pattern called Harmonic Convergence - would work well with panels, I think. cutting strips, rearranging and all straight seams.
