Need Some Ideas
I joined in on a strip exchange at our guild. For the next 6 months I will be exchanging 2.5 strips with 12 other ladies. The colors so far are bright pink, yellow, and brown. That means I will be getting a yard of each color cut into 2.5 strips. I was thinking that an Irish Chain would be a good pattern or perhaps Dresden Plate. Do you have any other suggestions.

One of my friends made 9 patches with her swap strips and then set the blocks with snowball blocks. She used the same dark blue in all the snowball blocks and it really brought the whole thing together and it turned out just gorgeous.

How about one of those ribbon strips joined like flying geese going up wards. And add new stripes each time they arrive. Possible one colour in each strip could have 6 stripes. Then bring all together with the joining block in any colour. Hope you can understand. If I can find picture will come back.
I'm back they are braid quilts go and google and see.
