    I was in Tuesday Morning's today and found the above ... label says Hallmark Tea Party Fabric Collection by Westminister Fibers Lifestyle Products. I have 5 FQs and a Design Roll Bundle which has 5 pieces of 2.5x44" strips. Haven't heard of this brand but it does feel good.

    It is adorable fabric and would make a cute quilt for tea parties that my DGD has with all her babies. However, I need a simple pattern - straight cuts - no points :( etc. Because of the prints, I would like to not do a lot of small cuts.

    I know I will get a lot of great suggesions here!

    you could cut 5 1/2" squares from the fq's then frame them with the strips

    I just made a top called Split Decision. Uses jelly roll but I used scraps. Really pretty pattern when done. Here is a picture of a scrappy one before I added the borders. Looks even prettier if you use coordinating colors.
