Looking really good. Agree with Bearisgray on the dark clump.
I also noticed the smaller stars at the bottom...although we can't
really see the bottom left corner...I see two navy stars together then
two whites then two lighter blues. Might want to break that up a bit.
    Everything else looks great.

If you pin/place the blocks touching so that no white of your design wall is showing - any "clumpy areas" will show up better.

Right now, the white showing acts as "sashing" to my eyes.

Then stand back and take pictures - let them "cool" for a while before looking at them.

Tan and blue together is classic - it wears well.

Is there a rhyme and/or reason to the layout? Or are you just going for "pleasing to the senses"?

An aside: If someone has looked carefully enough at something I've made to have found a flaw/error/glitch - I take it that it was interesting enough for that someone to have looked carefully at it. Of course, HOW the person presents their "discovery" does matter!

I was told to put my camera to B&W and look through that. It shows things in a better perspective and I can rearrange anything that sticks out or seems a little off.

    That quilt is just gorgeous!

I was going to mention the dark right center but you already changed it out. Looks fabulous. So much movement. I could follow those snails for days.

It's absolutely gorgeous! Intricate and full of motion, yet restful. I studied your quilt when you asked for wayward blocks, and the only thing I noticed was that navy "clump" that's been mentioned. You changed it, and now the thing looks perfectly balanced to my eyes.

Funny how we get sick of a certain fabric or line that we once loved. Eventually "too much of a good thing" makes us want to bring out the torch. LOL

I applaud your tenacity. Snail trails take a lot of concentration, which I lack when I get into the "zone."
