I would quilt them. I make these "1600" inch quilts often for charity quilts for my church and my quilt guild because as I make other projects, I take the leftovers and make 2-1/2" strips, put them in a tote to be used for these or bindings. Uses my stash better. If I just put scraps in a tote in all shapes and sizes, I tend to not use them up.

Sometimes you just never know when you are going to find a fantastic bargain, even if you don't have a specific use right now - besides if you pass it up you know when you go back it will be gone. Too bad, none of the Wal-Mart stores near me have fabric any more and probably will never get it back. Darn.

Oh by all means quilt it and don't change a thing! one time I made a quilt and someone said it was too busy, I ignored that comment and my husband loves it! You might want to put minky on the back and it will be loved for sure!

Like your color combination!
It will be perfect for someone to snuggle under.
Sometimes what we aren't ecstatic about is someone else's favorite - I remember a crocheted baby afghan one of my boys received that I perceived as less than perfect, but he felt the love that went into its making and used it well past the time that he "outgrew" it.
