Would you shop at a second hand store meant just for quilters/sewing?

I would check it out, and if it had good merchandise and was clean, well lit and had a helpful staff, I would go back. But I will always be loyal to my LQS where I take and teach classes and have made so many friends.

Sounds like a wonderful idea. You know how many people have stashes they want to pare down, this would be a good outlet for them. Love thrifting. Most of my home is that way, why not fabric?

I see how many of us shop at thrift stores and how many of us have excess so I'm thinking of a buy/sell/trade store with some new mixed in. Like a regular quilt store that just sells second hand too.
