Needing help from Innova Oweners
My Innova stops after making only a few stitches. I've done on the "normal" steps with no success. What I would like is to see pictures of the belts that guided the computer across the quilt. It seems like the only thing left to consider except to have a technician come in. They are not close by. Thank for any help you can offer.

A little more info might help, as there are some wonderfully experienced Innova owners on here. And a FYI you can call them dorectly and they will have their technician call you any time of day or night. They do offer 24/7 tech support.

Thanks TallChick and Cindi. Have been working with Innova techs and am waiting for further assist from them. Am very familiar with excellent customer service from Innova. Just reaching out here also. Happy Fourth everyone.
