    I saw this in the Hancock's of Paducah catalog (even on the cover) Vol. 56 Fall & Winter 2011.
    One of our local teachers did this as a class a few years ago, but she used roses as her flowers. It is a very beautiful quilt. I would try it if I were not such a coward! ;) I think she paper pieced the rings, hand appliqued the flower borders.
