I know what you mean. So excited to finish and I get all tense and don't really take the time I need to. Need to take a break when I feel like that.

OK, so I'm thinking this 'disease' leads to others after last night. My SIL stopped by, and I was so excited to show her my new paper-piece project, and her response was "Oh, it's nice but it's blues and purples and really doesn't match anything in your house". Ugh!

Being the only person I know who loves quilting, I'm starting to feel kinda like a freak. HOW can I get so excited about working on a new project & finally making something a different color than neutrals, browns, and burgundy, and someone else not see the beauty of the change and that it is just really fun?? I must be terminal. ;)

Maybe she needs to see some of the "Red Hat Ladies" and realize how enthusiastic we can be with brilliant colors.
Red & Purple may not "go" but they spark up your attitude. :P :P :P
