I have ordered from Connecting Threads for years and have only had one problem. Some of the charms in a charm pack were not the right size. Some were 5" other's were 4 7/8" and some were closer to 4 1/2". Other than that I have been happy with everything I've ordered from them.

Some people love them, others don't. I don't particularly care for them. The quality just isn't there, and I've had horrible customer service. I suggest you wait to get your package and judge for yourself.

The fabric I have ordered from CT has been very good quality - I also like their thread and I see in the new catalog that is on sale too....hmmmm I see an order coming up
