    The same thing happened to me. At first I thought it was a lot of fuss for an old machine. Then as I kept reading I changed my mind and had to have one.

    As for a name, how about your mother or grandmother's name.

    Just found mine on CL where my daughter lives. The man who owned her said he was reitred from Singer & she was the nicest he had ever seen. Don't have her yet, but can't wait to meet her. So excited to try her out. Now I can "join the club" of satisfied FW owners too.
