New idea--humorous, not serious

I would be really upset if some professional organizer came into my house and told me that my material obsession and my vintage machine obsession needed to be downsized. Really now!!!!! I would tell them not to let the door hit them in the behind when they leave for sure!!!! Hahahaha

Great thread! Some of you probably remember the QB thread about the hoarder show about the quilter. There were dozens of responses exchanging information about airings. Then feedback about opinions of the "hoarders" stash. As I recall the concensus was that she didn't have too much fabric she just needed to organize it. Sound familiar? Wish I could remember the name of the thread. Thanks everyone for the laugh.

Instead of Project Runway, how 'bout Project Coverup and it would be quilters showing their quilts competing for fabulous prizes: everything from free patterns to sewing room makeovers. Everyone wins a gift.

"Not that I've ever wallowed (yeah right!!) but a friend of mine at a quilt show kept her fabric bags in bed with her so she could pet them at night. Oh my."
Could this be an episode of My Strange Addiction?

Well, if they feature her, they might also look for those of us with a sewing machine herd, err collection, to co-feature. They could say it was featuring 2 very similar addictions.

And the finalists have a month or two to finish a quilt. The winning quilt enteres into one of the big shows such as Paducah or Houston. The hell with watching, I 'd like to compete in that one.
