I'm needing a bigger area to FMQ on so this new offering has caught my eye--has anyone done a trial run on one? Reviews are way up there! Thanks!

I saw it the other day. Sews like a dream. I would love to trade up but my 6600 is still all the machine I need.

I went and looked at one today. AWSOME! BIG! A real beauty. The price though, I kinda of choked, $2999. Just can't bring myself to spend that much yet.

Thanks for all your replies! What machine with a decent sized throat, not necessarily a Janome, would be your machine choice a step down in price? I have a Pfaff 2038 Expression--it's a great piecer but so small throat-wise that anything larger than 50", for FMQ, is very frustrating. Thanks!
