    Default New machine

Hi, I just purchased a new Juki 600 exceed at a quilt show Saturday and the manual I got doesn't look like the machine I got. I can't find memory button or up/down arrows. I am trying to do lettering and don't see where to change letters from capital to lower case or how to program into memory. Am I missing something or am I just anal?
    Thanks for any help.

Yes, that helps a lot. My manual was for the HZL-G and the machine had a much different look than the machine I have. Thanks so much. It's also great that it is all in English and I don't have to wade through umpteen different languages to get through it.

I would contact the dealer who sold you this model or Juki to get the correct manual.

I emailed the dealer and he was very apologetic and is sending out the correct manual today. Thanks for all the help.

My story: I bought a new vacuum and I asked for a package of vacuum bags so the salesman picked it out and away I went to home 40 miles away. At home, I opened the door on the vacuum and tried to follow the instructions printed there. I couldn't understand these instructions. I suppose I messed with it for 15 minutes and I'm beginning to regret my purchase when I noticed the package of bags said "CANISTER VACUUM". Well, no wonder. I was given canister bags for an upright. I called and they said they'd mail out the correct type. You don't always get the right thing. The furniture store brought me the wrong mattress one time too and I figured something was amiss after trying to sleep on it for a week. (another story)
