I like the first one ... kind of like the color wheel. What ever you do it will be a lovely quilt.

I was thinking I'd like a scrappy layout, but as I look at your three choices, the last one is calling to me. I love bright colors, and you've chosen some great ones! I, too, toss my scrappies. I already have six bins of scraps, and am now only saving big pieces. I find, that even though I love scrappy quilts, I usually go to my stash and don't use my scraps. I think it's because I want to use different fabrics. If I keep using my scraps, my quilts tend to have the same look.... even though the patterns are different, using the same fabrics over and over tends to get boring for me.

Looking at the scraps, the appear fairly uniform in width. I think that since these are batiks, what I would do is weave these together, and then back with a stabilizer, and then make personal appliques to go on the quilt - whether in the borders or randomly around the blocks

There's room in the sandbox for everybody ...as long as everybody plays nice!

Love the colors you're using. The slivers look like multi-colored veggie pasta!

I looked up the pattern and one of the reasons it's so appealing is the random placement of colors. That being said, I like either two or three...not one! And if I were doing it, I'd go for 3. I like the burst of color in the middle.
