    My blocks didn't all make it to 6 1/2 square...should I square up to a smaller size or just work with what I have...?And thanks for the nice comments. My husband liked it too, when I put the borders on I may feel differently...

    XT - I love your colors !

    Tedy - glad you are still chugging away- so am I I got as far as sewing on what I thought was my last row , go to pack up from Moms house and find a row on the table GGGRRRR I know better then to keep going when I am tired - so tomorrow Jack and I have another date

    They are all coming together nicely - Now to get the energy to finish this one My sis is so excited to be done with hers , so is Mom So we are at 2 out of 3

    Xt mine were not all 6 1/2 I pulled- pushed and made them work LOL

    i would square up to the smaller size you have. it really wont matter if your quilt is an inch or two smaller than the dimensions given on the pattern. you can always add an additional inner border if you need to make it larger.

    ok, I have looked at everyones pictures and ya'all got some great looking quilts in progress. I finished mine - and I will attempted to post a pictures.

    I did scrappy - I had lots of 2.5" strips from a swap that needed to be used. I have enought 2.5" stips left that I could make another one ....it went together pretty fast.

    I finished it later this evening cuz my family and I went out to dinner and then to a movie..

    then came home and finished..
