Some time ago there was a quilter looking for fabrics for a quilt showing many children from different ethnic backgrounds. I just saw some fabric while surfing on etsy.com that may be of interest. (sorry I don't remember who was looking)
The shop on etsy is called Delish Fabrics and the one that made me think of this topic was Alexander Henry Smiles around the world. Hope this helps someone. :wink:
