I have posted my first 3 quilts, now I have a totally different question. Could someone explain paper piecing to me? I have seen & heard alot about it but have no idea what it is or creates.
TIA,
Katt

You stitch the fabric onto paper, that has the block preprinted on it.
The advantages are: You don't have to worry about bias edges stretching, You get perfect points, especially long narrow ones, and you can sew little teeny tiny pieces with ease.
The paper is removed when you get ready to sandwich your quilt, it helps to stabilize your blocks and quilt top :D:D:D
