lol,I do not like to watch sports at all-even listening to the noise make my fibro go nuts.I spend a lot of foot ball season upstairs fondling fabric or quilting.

No football in my house either or Rose Parade. Did that too many times in my youth. Just another ordinary day trying to get quilting projects finished. I haven't been in the mood to piece backings. I don't know why !!

Weather here is yucky -- drizzly and chilly. After Mass, DH put on a pot of gumbo and I made the potato salad. Now we've eaten and he's in his own world with the football games. I'm back here on the 'puter and listening/watching the Tournamen of Roses Parade. When that's done I'll be placing falling charms blocks and trying to get them stitched together. (My design board is our bed.)

We don't bother watching football...honestly could care less. We are watching the DVD for season 3 of Downton Abbey. Very lazy day for DH and me.

I love football - so will be a fun week for us. All the big games of the year. And I just don't feel like quilting because I had a note sent in the mail that my college roomie died in Nov. Even though we haven't seen each other for years, we still stayed in touch - I'm just so sad - she was 71 and died of a sudden heart attack (actually got the note this a.m.when hubby checked our mailbox). So am glad that I can just sit here and watch the games. Hope you all have a good 2014

DH is in his shop and I'm in my sewing room. Just as it is suppose to be. He'll probably watch a football game sometime today but without me. I don't watch football even with someone I love. Nope. Not happening when I can be doing something I enjoy as much as they enjoy football. I ask if anyone wants to join me in watching the sewing machine sew and I get a resounding NO. So I say No too. Their loss. LOL
