And cutting lots of 2-1/2" squares for a 6" finished block. We'll see how it goes when putting it together.

Now that I have my scraps cut into squares, I hope to strip piece the ones I cut from larger pieces of fabric. Those little 1-1/2" squares will be a pain to work with.
JudyG this is how I corral my little squares b4 sewing. works great.

Good Morning Ladies! Thanks craftybear for organizing our links I have added zjsquiltymomma, smtp5, and beckyw.

Has everyone "shopped" their stashes? I think I am going to be spending my weekend getting organized. Well, part of it anyway since I will be working and then sleeping a good part of Saturday away. I am also going to try and work on some of the UFOs that have been hanging out. We will see how that goes. So many quilts, so little time! :?
