To Everyone making the nine patches,
I just found this thread and have been looking at all the beautiful work you all have been doing. Had I known about this project, it would have been fun working along with all of you.

When is the 9 patch project *officially* over? and how many blocks to we need to finish? I know I'm behind and seriously doubt that I will catch up in time, but I'm going to continue working on it anyway. I just love doing these and have so many idea's for Christmas projects to make from them.

I have my little portable machine going. I do not like electric stuff, either. Well I took 27 of the nine patches to the crafters at church. We are doing some crafts for a Christmas trip for seniors and we needed another project really quickly. But I haven't actually made anymore. I have several cut out and another swap to do and I'm cutting on that now. Tomorrow is our last day, isn't it? So, it is actuallyt 73 completed at this time. It has been fun and I will continue, but only because I have these projects lined up. I love this. More fun to have folks who share and understand what you are doing.

    Blessings,
    Ruth
