SwanSong love your table topper! So many different ideas and patterns have been posted over this quiltalong Thank you for hosting this and thanks to all who shared patterns and ideas. I have mine made and hope to get them together in the next 2 months I had surgery on my leg and that slowed me down a bit but things are improving.I am looking forward to a followup project!

Well I got all my blocks completed and the 3rd tabletopper. That still leaves me a bunch to complete and quilt for Christmas. I have a good start and plenty of blocks.

I want to personally thank Swan Song for encouraging all of us to do this project together. Also I want to tell everyone that participated in this challenge that it was fun and I enjoyed seeing everyone's progress whether they were completed or not. It was so fun! We truly have some very talented and creative people on this board. I can't wait to see what the next challenge will be(i.e.: pinwheels) and I'll definitely be participating. Happy quilting to ALL!!

Here goes. I had a gal at work hold for me to take a couple of pix. (They are always ready for show-and-tell.)

Not sure what I will back this with, but once I figure that out, I will finish it for my mom.....she will be 91 this month!!

Thanks for organizing this, Swan Song. It really has been fun seeing what everyone has done.

OOOOH! I think you ought to back it with BRIGHT RED flannel! It looks all warm and cuddly ... <wave>

Hmmmm interesting thought. With so much white on the front side, I didn't know what colour route to take for the back. Mom is a real "green" fan....a bit of the old Irish, don'cha know. Perhaps I can find a nice bright kelly green.
