Default Nolting Quilting machine tension issues

We have been having issues with the tension on our Nolting SMS24. We are so impressed with the Nolting tech help. Dan said the problem is with the motion sensor sensitivity when meandering tight curves.

He said to set tension like the book says and stop trying to use the stitch regulator. Fixed problem!! We are so happy that the stitches look so good now. It will take some practice to make all stitches even but so much better now.
