    Default Nolting robotics

Does anyone have and use the Robotics (Quitmagine or Pro) from Nolting? Have you had any trouble with it or like it?

I recently visited Nolting. Their robotics is made by Grace. The staffer told me they’ve had trouble with Grace’s customer service (customers have to go through them, not Nolting, w/problems) but they believe it’s straightened out now. I personally need a better answer for $8K.

I have a Grace Q'nique 21 setup for 3+ years. I have never had a problem with Grace customer service, and have needed their assistance several times. You won't hear a complaint from me.
