    this is a rooster i made a couple of years ago, the wings and body are quilted..it is stuffed with about 2 pounds of polyester fiberfil..about a 20 hour project.

    made 4 similar to this...

    I love the colors and materials you used. Did you use a pattern or did you make it up yourself?

    i had a pattern, but i didn't like how the head was, so i changed it to my likings.

    It is really cute. You really did a great job. I love to make stuffed animals too. So glad I have four great grandbabies to sew for now that the grandkids are all grown. But I will confess I have made some just for me. LOL Guess it's my second or third childhood. Hubby is totally blind now and he doesn't know about some of the creatures who are placed out of his pathway. I am not sure if he would be wanting all these stuffed friends in his castle. LOL.
