I'm hoping the Steady Betty will be my favorite! I ordered it this morning after reading the post about it. I think the best new tool I have used is the binding clip zip tool from Martelli, it's not necessary but makes the binding job much easier. http://www.martellicatalog.com/cgi-b...ory_Code=Clamp

My favorite is my rotating cutting board, I have both the 12 inch and the bigger. Great for squaring 12 1/2 inch blocks.

My dream is to have the Accuquilt Go! Is that a notion?

I just added the Truecut from Nancy's Notions to my Christmas wish list and I, too, am thinking about the Steady Betty after reading about it on this forum.

My current favorite notions would be my Gingher rotary cutter and my Gingher 18 x 3 ruler.

Rotary cutter (with at LEAST two sets of replacement blades); seam ripper (LOL...); 36+" cutting mat; SHARP pins (they get dull over time); small snippers for quick cutting (easy on my wrist and safer, too!).

I can't live without my rotery cutter, cut and press mat, 18 in by 2 ruler, sm scissors, seam ripper, 4 1/2 in templet. I seem to use these the most. My wish list? I am wanting square templets in all sizes and extra blades for my rotery cutter.

Can't live without: rotary cutter, mats, rulers, seam ripper, Ginghers

Wish list: A new cutting mat, more templates, more rulers, a new Janome.

Dream Come True: A machine that would take a whole spool of thread for a bobbin.
