I've also done that by sewing a solid color strip to the top of your strip & that makes a small pinwheel in the middle of the block but yours is wonderful just as is. Please post final picture if it when finished. I just love all the pics on this site!!

I've already made a OBW and I love the results. Thecubes, however, made me crazy becuase I couldn't tell where the light was coming from. I love complicated quilt patterns but they always make me crazy and I regret starting them. I wonder what's up with that.
If I hadn't had the book OBW Encore to look at I probably would have lost my mind. As it was, the book made it so much fun. Thanks for liking it.

I want to thank everyone for your kind words and encouragement. If the entire world could be as caring and sharing as this board, we wouldn't be seeing the things we see on the news. Thanks again to everyone.

I like the subtle changes in depth of pattern in the print. The cubes are great. I am planning to try it one day. Well done.

[quote=Momsmurf]Those cubes really add a punch! Great work. I think the fabric produced interesting blocks.

Beautiful! But I am new to the quilter's message board and am having a hard time knowing what some of the initials stand for. What is OBW? I have figured out DH, and I know ufo
