Just hope they bring back the great line of Cranston fabrics. Looking forward to it!!!!!
    Thanks for the heads up!
Yes, it WAS a big mistake to take fabrics & notions out of the stores, when they were the ONLY local source for many ... and party goods and scrapbooking are NOT selling like they expected. LOL Scrapbooking has peaked and sales have dropped, while sewing and quilting continue to GROW in popularity. :)

The quality of fabric is hit or miss wherever you buy it. You are so lucky not to have lost your fabric at Wal Mart. We are getting ours back the last week in June. I talked to the store manager and to one of the women who used to run the fabric department, and they are setting up to do business! froggyintexas

Sure hope the fabric department returns to our Walmart. We have to drive over 40 miles to buy fabric now.

I would really love it if walmart carried fabric again. Up here in NNY, there are not that many shops to go to. I've found a couple but nothing like the Variety in Arizona or Colorado

Wal Mart? YUK-that store gives me the creeps, when they had fabric it was LOW quality, and OLD-maybe that's why it always shredded or fell apart-Beware-Jo Ann's is Quality and worth the drive.
