    First i have to say that the AQS did an absolutely amazing job moving a venue of this size n such a short time. ... Seamlessly. BRAVO!!!!!

    My pocketbook had some major damage ;)

    Super size cutting mat
    Iron board cover which I plan to use to make a big board
    Some really cool "rolling" rulers ... Will have to post pics of those when i get home
    12" sqaring ruler
    Books, books, books
    Fabric ... Just a smidge .... HA!!!! NOT!!!!
    4 yards of four diff beige tone on tone basic print @ 3.50/yd
    Few yards of that new Kaufman Egyptgyn pRint @ 8/yd (only full price fabric i bought)
    Batiks ... Too many to count from Hancocks @ 6.98/yd
    A really cool flannel
    Few yards of E Burns color of the day @ 3.00/yd

    So glad you enjoyed yourself, want to go someday. The funny part is I was born and raised about 75 miles away from Paducah but didn't get interested in quilting until we came to KS. :oops:

    Sorry ipad somtimes has mind of its own.

    Quilts ... Gorgeous. Have not seen main pav yet. But did visit the museam and was stunned by several - particularly the minatures - specifically the minature pineapple which had pieces perhaps 1/16". How??

    Lots of pics today, hope they come out especially the close ups of the detail work. More piCs tomorrow of course.

    And SO many NICE people!! Ive never experienced a crowd this large with so many kind and pleasant people. Renews your faith in humanity.

    Will post pics tomorrow or Sunday depending on when I get home.
