One name came across is Colorado Beauty and Colorado Pass. But I have seen this before but can not recall the other name I have seen it called. But if you look up those 2 names you can find free patterns online for this block

Thank you for responding. I already did that. They are not the same. I don't want a pattern, just the name of the block.

"Jack-in-the-box" is what I've always called this one.
When I did a google image, however, the blocks were all over the map. Some were identical to your barn quilt, some had sashing between the 4 quadrants and other blocks didn't look anything like this one!
