I love purple. My craft room is lavender and I'm going to be making some purple wall hanging quilts for it. I am also typically am not a fan of trip around the world quilts but I really love the colors you chose. Go with the purple!

I really, really like purple too. I don't seem to have much in my stash because I want to make a purple quilt and can't seem to find the right shades for what I want. Someday I too will have a purple quilt just for me!!! My biggest fabric addiction is pretty much any batik. I just received my Hancocks of Paducah catalog yesterday and would love to just order a yard of every batik in it. I also love Kaffee Fasset fabric but have a hard time deciding what to do with it.

The purple is very nice, I find it is difficult at times to find a nice purple, it takes some shopping around or at least for me. Very nice quilt!

Love your quilt and also love purple but I also love the colors minstrel is talking about. I love Kansas Troubles but am finding it hard to get. Our LQS are not carring it like they did a few years ago.

Beautiful quilt, I pretty much like all colors. Seems I use lots of golds,greens,browns. Use whatever color/colors you like, it is your quilt.
