What's a good price for a 1920 singer,in good shape with the wooden casket top? She also had a beautiful treadle and another singer in a cabnet.

I wouldn't pay more than 50.00 for either one personally, depending on what model. Do you know what model they are?

Around here, working treadles with reasonably good looking cabinets go for about $150 ($100 if you are lucky). For the other machines, a *lot* depends on model, condition of the decals, and condition of cabinet (assuming machine is working). There are some cabinet models that are worth more than others, just as there are machine models that are worth more than others.

Vintage Singers aren't worth what many think they are. I wouldn't give over $150 for any of the run of the mill ones, exceptions: the Featherweight machines or pristine condition machine and cabinet. If it was one that meant a lot for me to have then a higher price wouldn't bother me.

Not as common here in CA. Guess it depends on the condition and how bad you would like to have it.
